Hello I don't know where to put this post Basically everyday I don't/can't wake up to my alarm. the water then pours and i am forced to sit slightly up to make sure my espresso mug doesn't overflow 7:35 'nice' alarm again to remind me to get up and drink my espresso *sits up in bed and drinks up* 7:40. this will tell me it's last call to switch on a) my natural-light lightbox b) my espresso machine next to my bed. here is the plan: 7:15 from alarm clock which is a bit fiddly to turn off (like the phillips mirror type one) 7:17 two mins later from the same alarm clock 7:20 three mins later a 'nice' alarm from my mobile phone 7:24 four mins later, the same 7:29 five mins later, the same 7:32 now a more aggressive alarm (not too horrible but not as nice) with vibrate. these are skills i have spent literally over a decade perfecting with trial and error. i am someone who goes to bed at 02:30 and wakes up at 07:15 and this is actually an expertise of mine.
